Team expansion

This year, we welcomed eleven new colleagues to our team. On January 1, 2023, we had 19 people, and now our team has grown to 29 colleagues. One colleague has said goodbye. What really struck me is how well the new colleagues fit in with the people who have been part of our team for a long time. It's great to see how seamlessly the newcomers integrate into our group.

Our first lustrum

This year, Quatronic was already five years old. We celebrated that first anniversary with a weekend in Prague. It was great to see how everyone formed one big group. No matter who you were in the bar with, it was always fun. Even during our ski weekend and end of year party, there were no separate groups or cliques at all. That team dynamic is what makes Quatronic unique.

Successful customer projects: our pride

We have completed a number of important projects, such as Container Centrals, where we replaced an entire ERP system with a system developed by us. Also with Cheesepop food group and insurer Alpina Group we have achieved great successes. All in all, we can say that we have delivered great projects to several customers over the past year.

Awards

Our als show that our customers really appreciate our efforts. OutSystems Premier Partner, which is the highest grade you can achieve as a partner. In addition, OutSystems has awarded us the OutSystems Partner of the Year 2022 Award. An essential prerequisite for this status is having a high customer satisfaction score. These awards not only say something about OutSystems' trust in us, but also about the satisfaction of our customers, and we are very proud of that.

Rebranding

Our fifth anniversary was the perfect time to take another in-depth look at our value proposition. We took another very critical look at what sets us apart from other IT companies. With us, you don't get what you ask for, but you get what you need. This means that we do not indiscriminately assume that what the customer asks for is also the best solution for their challenge. We are a critical sparring partner who thinks along with the client. Is what you're asking us to build really what you need? If we think it is necessary, we are not afraid to argue. This is something we've always done, but it wasn't always clear in our communication. I think we are now expressing this much more effectively with our new website and new corporate identity.

Looking ahead to 2024: same strong course

It may sound like a death eater, but my biggest wish for 2024 is that we build on what we've achieved this year. One way we want to do that is by making our added value even clearer to customers. Our clients know where to find us not only because of the technologically advanced solutions, but also because we ensure that our solutions seamlessly match their business processes and strategy. We want to summarize this in a powerful Digital Strategy proposition. I hope to look back at the end of next year and experience the same sense of satisfaction and pride as I do now. It would be nice to be able to welcome a number of new colleagues, who also fit into our team so seamlessly that it seems like they have been with us for years. We've had an exceptionally good year, with a lot of satisfied customers, and honestly, I can't imagine anything else I'd like to see next year.
