Quatronic's DNA: Passion and Belief in Low-Code

This blog is machine translated to English.

Do you work in a clothing store? Clear, then you sell clothes. A copywriter writes texts and a car mechanic tinkers with cars, all easy to explain. But what does a Quatronic consultant do all day long? In this blog, Rosa Brouwers, one of our Business Technology Consultants, explains what working at Quatronic feels like. Be warned, after reading this blog, you might also want to join us!

Fanatical consultants

In our previous blog Richard explained what you can expect as an organization if you work with us. Now it's my honor to tell you what it's like to work in this lovely club of fanatical consultants. Let me start with the short version, always useful for the circle birthday. A Business Technology Consultant at Quatronic solves problems with low-code applications.

Getting to the real question

But now the long version. Quatronic gives consultancy a new look. No endless talk — I know, that's what consultants are generally known for — but roll up your sleeves and get to work. Brainstorm with the customer and then make that a reality. We love short lines of communication and fast results. We solve one puzzle after another and that is exactly what makes us happy. As Richard already wrote in his blog: at Quatronic, we have a heart for business, for our business, but also for the customer's cause. We look for the core of business operations and want to understand what is going on. Right down to our capillaries. Only by being critical and continuing to ask questions will we arrive at the real solution to the problem. Low-code is our tool, we are the ones who figure out how to best use that instrument. Again with every customer. That gives us energy.

Personal and professional development

At Quatronic, we work for our customers four days a week, but on Fridays, we put ourselves in the limelight. Then we work on our personal development, take a course to broaden our knowledge, develop a new proposition or create a training to share our knowledge with colleagues. We therefore have a extensive training program, where both starters and experienced consultants are in for a treat.

Quatronic's DNA

Quatronic started out as a group of friends with a passion and an unending belief in low-code technology. Quatronic has now grown into a serious company with almost thirty employees, but we're keeping that vibe. If you want to work with us, we'll first look for the click. Is there a mutual match? Then, of course, we are talking about work ethics, but certainly also about a personal match. A Quatronic consultant wants to intrinsically understand how things work, is a go-getter who has no qualms about the solution, but is also someone who has something left for colleagues.

Work hard, play hard

In addition to hard work, there must also be time for relaxation. A free-mi-bo alone is not adventurous enough for us. Cooking competitions, karaoke parties, blow karting, a squash tournament, making our own gin and even a weekend of winter sports, that's going to look more like it. It's no coincidence that the Quatronic winter sports jersey is the fashion item in our office. That should be enough Quatronic, right? But even in our spare time, we still hang out together. For example, in April, we cycled the Amstel Gold Race with our own Quatronic peloton.
